Mark and Sharon Dente of Copley, Ohio are being sued by the state of Ohio for creating a Ponzi scheme that defrauded 600-900 investors out of millions of dollars. They are being charged with fraud, negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent conveyance and transfer, and civil conspiracy.
This receivership case is being handled by the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County, Ohio; Case No. CV-2022-05-1754. The court has appointed Mark Dottore as the receiver. Dottore Companies is working to secure and recover assets and bank accounts, and acquire additional entities into receivership for AEM Services, LLC.
